Michael Horvath earned his Ph.D. in Sports Management & Leadership from Northcentral University. His dissertation analyzed youth motives and behavioral regulations for involvement in sport and physical activity. He presently works as an Athletic Director, Coach, and Physical Educator for Julian Charter School in San Diego County.
